Registration fee is non refundable
The following copies are needed for the application to be considered:
- Current Physical
- TB and Proof Of MMR
- Social Security Card
- High School Diploma or Equivalency
- Driver's License
- Current CPR " Health Care Provider" Card
- Current EMT Certification (PARAMEDIC program applicants only}
Once everything is received your application will then be considered. We only accept registration fee Online all other fees must be made at the school.
